At WE ARE ALL SMITH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
